Hardest Temple in OOT?

Ooh, I love being asked this. Before I mastered OoT, I absolutley HATED the Water Temple. Hate hate hate. I couldn't beat Dark Link for some time until I just started smashing him with the Megaton Hammer. XD Now, I have mastered the Water Temple, but it will stil be death. Always.

hmph.... thats why i like the water! its a challenge. the only one that compares is the forest, which is similarly layed out but with fewer levels. i do say forest as hardest though, for this reason: when you start the temple business, the forest has more impact because its the first, but once youre used to temples, the water is less of challenge and more expectant. thats wat i think anyways.

I picked the water temple, its just one big maze. You have to change water levels and get keys at different periods of time. When i first did it, it was really confusing. I dont see how some people say that the Shadow or Spirit temples were hard, they were easy as, i finished both of them with out walk throughs.

me too... i beat the water without the guide OR backtracking, so it wasnt hard for me. geez you guys are sissies. its the forest temple ... THE FOREST TEMPLE I SAY!!!!!!!1

Water temple. I dont like it even now, when I can go trough it with no problem. It is annoying, and first it was hard. I don't like it...

Oh but spirit temple I love it! The twins are the best bosses in whole game. It is such a pity I can't beat them again and again..

i guess i would go with water temple. it wasnt that hard, as many people make it seem, but it was kinda anoying going and changing the water level all the time so i guess thats the part that makes it "harder" but all the temples were relatively easy. but one thing i loved about it was shadow link.

I keeped on getting lost in the Water temple. So that might be the most hardest temple.

I voted for Water Temple. I won't try to be different, unlike others. It was hard.

It was definatly the Water Temple. It was just one thing too. That silly little key under the block in the central temple. For some reason it never occured to me to raise the water and check under that block. I hear alot of the same from other people. Once I had that though, it flowed pretty well. The water tornadoes were annoying though too.

Water was the hardest all the remembering where you've already been so that you can go into the correct unassessible tunnel. I think fire was the easiest because the boss was straight forward and the hardest room was the one with the randomly appearing flaming walls.

Yeah I say the Water Temple too. Water levels are always tough, and this one is no exception. However, I've found out over the years that if you get the Longshot early, it actually isn't that bad.

Definitely Water Temple. But I'd say the Shadow Temple comes in a close second, though it was my favorite...

The Water Temple was just too loooooooonnnnnnnggggggggg, ugh. Not only was it long the boss seemed easy, all that work just to easliy beat the boss.

No. The shadow temple was dominated by Gibdos, similar but freakier creatures. Water Temple for sure though. It was so long and confusing. I beat Dark Link without losing any health, on my first try. I used the Megaton Hammer. One-hit KO every time he pops up, before he knows what hit him (lol). But Fire Temple was 2nd hardest cause it freaked me out. Its so scary. the music and the stupid fire keese

I'd have to say shadow temple. Man, it just sends chills down my spine. Therefore I lose concentration.

The only part I thought was hard in the Water Temple was fighting dark Link. Sometimes I didn't have the biggeron sword so he got annoying. For me the Shadow Temple was the hardest since it was so freaky, and you never knew what might happen, and you always got to have the Lens of Truth out. Plus, Floor Masters suck.

The Water Temple gave me a hard time but I got really excited when I entered the room to fight Dark Link. For me, that was one good battle.

The Water temple. That temple was just so anoying with all the water raising thing.

It's a tough call... But I chose for the Forest temple.. maybe because it was the first one. Had the most difficulties with that temple. And at that time I didn't even had access to the internet yet.. So all without walkthrough :p :p
It also happens to be the temple with the best atmosphere...

PS: I also hated the fish "dungeon" when you were young... Jabu Jabu's Belly or something??????
