OoT Adult Link vs. Fierce Deity Link

I'm also not seeing the reasoning for why Adult Link would win - just because Fierce Deity Link apparently fights "wimpy" bosses doesn't mean its abilities are inferior to Adult Link's.

Majora's Mask may not have the five easiest bosses in 3D Zelda's, but it does have the easiest bosses by far when you look at them as a whole. Odolwa was a lighter hitting version of an Iron Knuckle, except Odolwa has a bunch of extra enemy nonsense that never hurt you. Goht doesn't even deal notable damage, and the entire battle consists of dodging rocks and bombs that you can see well before coming close to hitting them. Gyorg may actually be the easiest. Really, shoot, Zora trans, zap. I am terrible at the dolphin leap, and have never succeeded in my battles with him. I've never had to use a fairy, and he gives way to much time to escape the water. Twinmold can be tricky is you're running low on magic, but otherwise it's cakeous. Majora's Mask (no FDL) is absurd as well. The first phase gives me the most trouble, but once you get in a rhythm, he's easy. The other two phases are insulting and are the antithesis of what a final boss should be.

If all Fierce Deity Link has on his resume is his annihilation of these 5 pathetic "bosses," I don't see why he stands a chance against the badass that destroyed the likes of Bongo Bongo and Ganondorf.

I go with Adult Link. I feel Fierce Deity shouldn't be too much stronger then Gannondorf himself which Adult Link beat. Fiece Deity can spam sword beams yes but Adult has a Mirror shield, Naruyus Love and the game breaker DINS FIRE!!! spaming the swords beams are cool and all but nothing compared to Dins Fire/Naruyus Love. Gannondorfs power ♥♥♥♥s all over Majora and won't be beaten by Fiece Deity very easily.

How is the fierce deity beating the hero of time? fierce deity is just a mask!

A 'deity' incurs some sort of Occuria or god, such as the Fierce Deity is a sort of unbeatable god. Majora's cursed energy is not strong enough to beat the Fierce Deity, it seems.

Now we take Adult Link, a regular man, victim of circumstance by war and demonic curse, chosen by the gods and wielder of the Master Sword, and the best fisher since Charlie Sheen. A man who wields a bare minimum of a god's power, and only is able to stand up to Ganondorf WITH this power.

A better question is: Fierce Deity vs. any of the three goddesses, I think.

Keep in mind though that OoT Link does have the power of the goddesses behind him as well (Triforce of courage, Din's fire, etc.). Admittedly the triforce makes no real difference in terms of gameplay, but on the same token, FD Link also doesn't become this unassailable juggernaut of raw power just because he invokes the power of a god either. He is still able to be damaged and suffers the restriction of magic (although chateau romani can easily fix that problem).

That being said, toe to toe, FD Link wins hands down. OoT Link is out-DPS'd as long as FD Link has magic. However, the biggest weakness I can see in FD Link is his restriction to only one weapon. Assuming the mirror shield can at least block the beams from FD Link, OoT Link might stand a chance if he has enough items (shield dropping chus perhaps?). One huge disadvantage I can see for OoT Link though is the fact that FD Link has the capacity for 5 fairies (without bottle dupe) while OoT Link only has room for 4. Overall FD Link has more advantages by far but the fact that OoT has a much greater deal of flexibility means you definitely can't count him out. I think the skill of the player will prove more decisive than the character personally.

Adult Link is awesome. It's like the difference between Batman and Superman. Batman (Adult Link) is way cooler than Superman (Fierce Deity) because when Batman runs into a barrage of bullets, if he gets hit by one he is dead. But if Superman runs into a barrage of bullets it's like oh well, you got hit by a bullet but you're still alive.. Awesome. Superman is never in any real danger. Same with the Fierce Deity IMO. So that's why Adult Link is better!

Because of the sheer power that goes along with the Fierce Deity Mask, I would go with Fierce Deity Link. The Master Sword may have the power to banish evil, but I still think that Fierce Deity Link would be able to overcome OoT Link. The double helix sword can even use magic along with its regular strength, so that's another advantage.

Oh I didn't know this was a fierce Deity Kid Link combination. Fierce Deity himself wouldn't use bottles or have fairy swords. He does have godly power and sword beam spam. I just don't think sword spam is as good as Naruys love spam or Din Fire spam as an attack. When I think of Fierce Diety I think of him alone without the perks of Kid Link using him like bottles etc. why not give adult Link a fierce deity then you have a Naruys Love and sword spam unbeatable.

Depends if it's prison rules or not. If so, then the taco would win.

I mean... Fierce Deity.

Link's the hero! He'd win! I mean Fierce Deity is considered a Bad Guy, but he is just pure offense!

Twice as powerful to be exact. It deals as much damage as Fierce Deity's, besides the beams. Which would double the power of the double helix sword.

Fierce Deity Link would win, because otherwise there would be a time paradox.

Well let's analyse it:

Adult Link is just an average man but with a 9-year-old-mind, trough he has A LOT of weapons and stuff.

Fierce Deity Link is a deity-like thing but he only has he's sword and beams... and it's also the same child .

Verdict: It's a draw.

Fierce Deity Link has awesome sword beams. So I would go with FD Link.
