Sheika made Lens of Truth?

I was just playing OoT today, and I saw decided that the design on Sheik's shirt is the Lens of Truth. The Lens is found in Kakariko, where the Sheika used to be, as well. So do you think that the Sheika made the Lens of Truth or that guy that the game says had it?

But is that owl in MM even the same one as in OoT? He doesn't even recognize Link... Well, I think the Sheikah made the lens, but how it got to Termina is a mystery.

The Sheikah did make the lense, im sure of it. Note that the Lense itself resembles Sheikah emblem on the Sheikahs.

I think it got into termina because termina is spposed to be a parrellel (sorry for spelling) hyrule

I think the man who used to live where the well now stands, who had an eye that could see the truth, made the lens. The Sheikah used the lens as a design for the emblem of their race, possibly because the lens reveals what is hidden by shadows, and Sheikah often hide in shadows.

The lens is in Termina because Nintendo wanted to use it in MM. No explanation is offered that I know of.

I think the man living where the Well was a Sheikah.

Aren't all the characters present from OoT in Termina. We don't see all of them, and we meet new ones, but it is a parallel world. THere has to be sheikah too. I mean, did you see anybody in the game change races from OoT to MM?

That symbol is a bit on the mysterious side. It's associated with the Sheikah, with the gossip stones, with Agahnim... you see it on the sides of the doorway to Ganon's room in the Forsaken Fortress in tWW.

It's all over the place in the Dark Hyrule castle of tMC, and it seems to be associated with Vaati, too.

I'm not sure if Aganihm's symbol is related to the others, since the Sheikah race hadn't been introduced when ALttP was made. It may have had something to do with how many of the enemies in the Dark World had only one eye.
The Lens of Truth's design is obviously related to the Sheikah eye symbol. The Lens is found in the well, and Impa, a Sheikah, is responsible for the seal on the well. Also, a large stone with the Eye emblem guards the entrance to the Shadow Temple.
In the Shadow Temple, there are many portraits on the walls of a strange demon's face, which occasionally speaks to you, giving hints. Looking closely at the portrait, the shape of the demon seems to resemble the Eye of Truth design. His face is large and round, with three triangles above it, and two lines come down below it to form a shape similar to the tear on the Sheikah emblem. The Shadow Temple houses Bongo Bongo, a one-eyed demon.
I might be crazy, but there could be a link between Bongo Bongo and the Lens of Truth. The portraits in the Shadow Temple could depict the man from Kakariko with the Eye of Truth. Before the man passed away, his eye was taken and used to create the Lens. His spirit was left with one eye, and it gradually took the form of Bongo Bongo.
I'm not sure how the Sheikah would tie in to this, as we know very little of their origins. The Shadow Temple hints at Hyrule's bloody history, so maybe there was a civil war, and the Gossip Stones were used by the Sheikah to spy on all the corners of the Kingdom. During OoT's time, the Sheikah guard the Royal Family, but in TWW's time they could either have formed an alliance with Ganondorf or been defeated by Ganondorf, who took their shields as trophies. In Oracle of Ages, Veran,who has an upside-down Eye emblem, seems to be a Sheikah, and she tries to revive Ganon. Aganihm speaks of a Tribe of Evil, which has the emblem of an Eye with no teardrop. I don't know if all of that ties together somehow.

It could be that it being an 'eye to see the truth', it has the symbol of an eye on it. And wasn't it only Sheik who had that symbol on his/her clothes?

Actually, MM's owl was Gabola, and OoT's was Kaepora Gaborea (sp?).
It is a curious sign. Perhaps it's associated with any Hyrulean magic?

I think it's defintley made by the Sheika, it's found where they used to live, the Sheika have it's symbol on their clothes. Though I don't think it's relavent, whoever made it or not.

The Sheikah weren't introduced by LttP, no... but the Eye was. The eye symbol predates the Sheikah in the games.

So, if anything, the developers took what was originally Agahnim's symbol, and gave it to the Sheikah, the Shadow Temple, the Gossip Stones, Vaati, the Lens of Truth, and Ganon.
