Altough it's really fun to annoy people by exposing them to long sequences of the Song of Storms, the Song of Time is my favorite. It's so epic and some parts of the continuation (heard in the Temple of Time background music) are somewhat sad, nostalgic.

Mine is the Requiem of Spirit because it sounds kind of dark but its also catchy
Great Deku Tree: Navi i have an important task for thee.
Navi: What ever it is i know i can do it. I just have to find you first so you can tell me in person. Your behind the giant tree right?
Great Deku Tree: Navi we've been over this. I am the giant tree.
Navi: OH MY GOSH YOUR A TALKING TREE?!
Great Deku Tree: Please Stay with me Navi.

Song of Storms for me. It is hard to explain why, but this is one of those songs I can hear over and over and over and over (...) again, and I'm still in love with it.
Another one like that would be the Minuet of the Forest - I like the whole OoT soundtrack though.
I'm from Germany - sorry for the mistakes. Corrections are welcome, I'm willing to learn.
I'm stuck between song of storms and serenade of water. I voted for serenade since I knew most people already like the song of storms. The song of storms is a very catchy and symmetrical piece (play the "bassline" backwards and you get the exact same thing as the original) and musically it is a rather interesting piece (even though it relies solely on simple chords and harmonies, the way it is put together is pleasing to the ear). However the serenade of water, in addition to being an awesome song, is also one of the most unique song to ocarina. For one, it's the only song that requires only 5 notes to be played (every other one requires 6), it's the only song that features true arpeggiation (if memory serves me right) and it flows so smoothly into the closing chord (unlike other more rigid sounding songs like requiem of spirit and prelude of light). Then again nocturne of shadow was the only song that you actually NEED to get to the place it warps you to. I'd still have to go with serenade because it sounds better.
Spirit Temple Theme:
It had a sort of desert background and reminded me of snake charming and stuff but at the same time, there's a part of the tune which goes somewhat high, a saddening tune reminding you that this is the final temple before the last confrontation. Quite emotional. :'(
