Anju's relationship to Mutoh

Anyway, in OoT, Grog is Anju's brother and Mutoh's son. So it would seem that Anju is Mutoh's daughter.

But in MM, Anju's father is somebody named Tortus who died, and Mutoh doesn't have any apparent relationship to Anju. There is no evidence to suggest that Grog is not Mutoh's son, however.

So, here's what I think. After Tortus died in OoT, Anju's mother married Mutoh and Grog was Anju's stepbrother, but Anju's mother didn't remarry in MM. (After putting on the Couple's Mask during the Mayor's meeting, Mutoh mentions his wife, who probably died in OoT)

And the Terminan counterpart of the old potion lady is Anju's grandmother, which would explain Grog's relationship to the old lady.

While I must say that your theory is very interesting, you also can state that Hyrule and Termina are indeed parallel, however, to me that doesn't mean that even families are parallel.

When Mutoh mentions his wife in MM, he wonders where she is. Surely he would know if she was dead or not?
