[MM]Why can't Link go further back in time?

Anyway, if Link HAD done that, there would not be much of a game.

Link is able to return to the past, but is still restricted to 3 days limit... maybe it has to do with the ocarina's limitations... or the fact that He is still a novice in the time control ability...

Neat idea but they do that to make the game longer.. You know how games are right?
