Healing Amounts

Where can I find out how much an item will heal link by.
If you drink spring water, you heal at all? What about if it's hot?
How about a poe?
Milk? Chateau Romani Milk?

In what game? I'm assuming OoT. Spring water doesn't heal you, I don't think you can make it hot. Poes are just like, random. They hurt you most of the time.

Anyone know a faqs that has this info?

Milk gives 5 hearts.

EDIT: per gulp. A full bottle is 10.

it has a percentage to either heal you 1 heart or hurt you 1 heart, as for what potion heals you what im not sure, I always use Fairies for the N64 games since they are OP .

Random as in you ether heal some or loose all but one half of heart. Fairy goes all the way as does red potion, blue gives all mana and all hearts ans green only gives mana, Chateau Romani gives infinite magic until you reset time and milk give about 5 hearts I think. Water hot, spring of cold gives you nothing.

This site has pretty much all the info on such things. At least I think, it's got things like movement speed and enemy HP if you go into "General Knowledge", you might find what you're looking for there...

usually you can just go to zeldapedia for that kind of stuff ^_^

also you cant drink spring water,or hot spring water only use it to thaw& grow things lol

Don't drink a poe... It'll give you diarrhea (personal experience)

Fairies don't always heal you completely. I forgot how many hearts it'll heal you, but it won't heal you completely if you have a lot of hearts. Milk is better than red potion specially if it's Chateau(Spell?) Romani. *Hint hint* Spring water doesn't heal you, but when there's a reason it's hot. It can melt certain cold stuff.
