Exclamation Project Zelda 3D: The Development of Zelda 64

There's more to 3D Zelda then you may realize.
Did you know Majora's mask was originally supposed to have 7 days?
Did you know that they put a wing fighter(star fox) into Zelda OOT?


That could of been a Zelda 64.


And that could of been Majora's Mask.

the wing fighter was originally created for an easter egg quest, and only avaiable with URA.

It was programmed into the games code, its just not accessible without cheats.

That's neat and I was right there were supposed to be more temples and sidequests but then didn't finish them... oh well the game was still fun anyway!

I just wish Nintendo would go straight and release these games, regardless of how complete they are. They can't expect me to believe that "Master Quest" was Ura Zelda, can they?

Wow this is amazing i was wondering what ura zelda was.
i so surprised nintendo forgot they had kept the original stalfos room from that beta so long ago and all the other stuff. it's just amazing i hope this restoration project let's us play what might of been ocarina if the disc drive would of come out.

I'm sure in another dimension it did. so unless we get a oselation overthruster this restoration is the closest thing we could get.

didn't know MM was suppossed to have 7 days? would have been totally different, maybe they wanted to jam pack it with sidequests and all sorts..... but then decided to keep it simple.

What I recall from the interviews while Majora's Mask was still in production, is that the game started off with 7 days because the day-night cycle was initially much closer to that of Oot, which went super-fast. They changed the number of days and made them longer because they wanted more depth.
