Well I was disappointed with TP because as soon as I saw Midna, I saw TP unfitting to be labeled "the true Zelda game." Ever since TWW I've been craving the true Zelda, but still haven't got it. It has to be a deep game that does every little thing right with no drawbacks. That'll be the perfect Zelda.
