Majora's Mask: hidden conversations, events and other secrets.

There are some glitches involving Sakon at Ikana Valley.

If you are Goron Link, he will run away from you. If you chase him to the edge of the riverbank, he'll get stuck there. You should try this at least once. And if you try to chase him into the cave that leads to his hideout, he'll disappear after the dark part of it and reappear in his usual running spot.

Just completed the game yesterday, and I did notice a thing or two I haven't seen here; in the Ikana castle courtyard, there are several pillars that can only be accessed after reaching the top of the castle. On one side is a heart, but go to the other side of the castle, and one of the pillars has a small paper plane.

Also, using the telescope, try looking towards the gate left of the initial position. Go a little down, and... do you see a picture of the skull kid, mayhap?

what I find weird is that there is someone to the left (using the telescope) and if you go look for him he dissapears and isn't there anymore.

I think they were markers for secrets or holes. Try bombing the place he's standing at. I'd do it, but I don't have my game available at the moment.

That is indeed correct, ancient castle of ikana, the roof thereof, look at the pillars to your right, small paper airplane, can't miss it

Anyone attempted the 4th day glitch? Any extra dialogue or things that happen on the 4th day?

I tried it a couple times, never could get it to work though

i have been lurking for a while, but might as well post now.


4th day glitch was pretty easy. kind of interesting but i could not find anybody to talk to besides a guard. oh yeah the game crashes and displays the warp scene when you go into a shop.

It was easy, ironically it only worked the very first time I tried it :/
Also, it crashes everytime you try to ask someone/something for the time.

Also very interesting thing about 4th Day Glitch the moon is gone :O

thats because it is like playing the part after you destroyed the moon but you sat on your ass while it happened :p

It's not really secret...but if you talk to the four different guards in the last five minutes of the final day, they all are having mixed reactions. HOWEVER, I must say that they are a lot more brave than in TP, where they were all acting like babies. One of them says, like "If you believe there is even the slightest chance the moon will fall, then please go and take shelter away from here." and another says "No! No, I must get a hold of myself. I will remain here until the Captain gives orders..." It was really sad! I really felt bad for them, and wanted to pound captain Viscen with a sledgehammer.

Not quite MM specific (or secret), but on Phantom Ganon's sword in TWW, written in old Hylian is "Zubora Gabora", the names of the blacksmiths from the Mountain Village in MM.

Also, with the toilet paper thing (the guy in the toilet), you don't have to give him a title deed. Evil people can give him Anju's letter to Kafei.
