King Dodongo takes four hits from a three-foot-long stick to kill.
Twinmold takes fifteen minutes with the Giant's Mask. Pretty one-sided, don't you think?

King Dodongo. Twinmold can be beaten by swords and other conventional weapons, right? Then, they sure would be harmed by firebreath, or a Dodongo mashing them. Yeah.
King Dodongo might be weaker after he has gulped down a bomb, but Twinmold doesn't have bombs.

Well KD was beaten by lava submersion and not by the bombing in itself, it just disorientated him. The bombs were only needed to keep him still for a moment so his face could be slapped about a bit.
While Twinmold wouldn't need to keep him still to get his face, they'd just have to plow right into him. Not to mention Twinrova is actually pretty fast taking distance travelled into consideration so King Dodongo would hardly have a chance to attack considering his slow fire charging, they'd be out of the way in no time.
