Go to the telescope and look into it. Now, look to your left and gaze into the grassy parea to the left. There is a man wearing a green tunic, and waving his hands wildly in the air as if he was trying to signal you. Ok, now look to your left. On a platform there is another man waving his arms and wearing a green tunic. Now that you see them go out into the feild and look for them! Their no where to be found!!!!!!!!! I can't find them. I have known about this for years and yet I can never figure out who they were! Does any one know who they are?!?!?!?!?!?!?

They are the reused character models of the kids in the cursed skulltula family in OoT.

Your not supposed to find them. If you go to where you saw them in the telescope, you will find a secret hole leading to a grotto (underground area).

I love this though, exactly this part is one of the main reasons I love Majoras Mask. It's just a mystery that's never solved, never meant to be explained, it's just there.

By the way is it just a normal hole with ruppies or does it have a heart piece?

Rupees I believe. I know it's not a piece of heart, since I only found out about this recently, but have gotten all twenty hearts tons of times.

this may or may not be related to this topic i don't know but when you look through the telescope and theres that guy in a tree trying to get 40 rupees, what is he there for?

If you roll into the trees he and the rupees will fall down. He'll be holding his knee in pain and if you talk to him he'll say: "Heyyy! I stole that Rupee from a crow! Don't go stealing it, man!" You can then just take them anyway.

I always wondered what the people are for, recently i tried to get to one of the pillar dudes but he was never there and i always wondered why. well now i know.
