Dark Link I'd say.

Dark Link is Link's clone, except he's dark and evil. So if he is another Link, he's has the same power as Link and Link can easily defeat Vaati, so Dark Link can as well.

There's my opinion. Dark Link is better than Vaati

I've never played a Zelda game with Dark Link or Vaati though...
