I'm gonna go with MM, because I felt the bosses were more original and better looking, they were harder plus they all had more depth to them since you had to use the masks and all the different skills that come with them to beat the bosses.

Agreed. Twinrova and Phantom Ganon were my favourites. And Ganondorf/Ganon final battle. The first time you do that battle it's sooo epic, especially with the cutscene in between. Totally didn't expect Ganon to pop out and knock the Master Sword out of your hand; the expression on Link's face at that point...classic.

Definitely Majora's Mask. It was so fun to chase Goht as a rolling Goron, slashing at the gigantic Twinmold as giant Link, and unleashing the Fierce Deity against the awesome-looking Majora's Wrath with his whips. I had a better time with them than Ocarina of Time's bosses.

This was a hard choice but i went with OoT. A few bosses spring to mind immediately: Bongo Bongo, Twinrova and of course, the final epic Ganondorf/Ganon battle. Although using the Fierce Deity Mask to fight Majora's Mask was uber awesome.

MM rules the day, I tell you!

OoT's bosses either were too boring and easy, or too difficult in the annoying I-can't-get-this-damn-thing-exactly-right kind of way. MM had difficulty, but in a way that could be overcome by skill.
Next, origionality. While OoT wins in origional concepts, MM wins in origional battles. Off-Road Racing > Whack-a-Mole.
The actual battles: MM wins, man. Wins by a lot. Odwalda had multiple weaknesses, but they were all somewhat difficult to exploit. The battle was just the right difficulty for the first bossarder then Ghoma, but not as hard as Horse-Head. >.> Ghot was the most fun I've had in a boss battle for a while. Not much needs to be explained, really. Gyorg was awsome. He was the hardest, but what did you expect? It IS the water temple, after all. Twinmold was my least favorite, but still awsome, because you got to be a giant. =D

So MM wins. End of story.

However, the lord and master Oni Link will 3 hit most of MM's bosses.

OoT wins as it has more and they are more varied.

They both have amazing boss battles, OoT has the epic and amazing bosses and MM had bosses that had a worthy challenge and a twisted yet comical final boss, It's impossibles to decide in my eyes.

Though both games have great bosses, I'll have to go with OOT. Rather than list why I liked all nine of those bosses, I'll just voice my opinions on the MM bosses.

Now, as a minor nitpick, all of the bosses in Majora's Mask had "masked" in their title. Now, unlike TP's use of Twilit as a title (since each creature was made by Twilit magic), the mask thing felt a little gimmicky to me. While it worked with Odolwa and Goht, Gyorg and Twinmold were obviously not wearing masks.

First off, I do like that the Odolwa fight was a battle of swordsmen. However, Odolwa is still too easy to beat. While he can summon reinforcements, if you know what you're doing they'll never show up (or they'll otherwise be easily dispatched). It seems like you have to sandbag the guy to get a good fight, though once you do the fight is pretty good.

Goht, in my opinion, was the best boss. It had the most unique design, and the fight was completely different from the rest. Rolling after Goht while practically running through an obstacle course made it stand out to me. I think this fight was fine.

Gyorg wasn't very good. Just fire off an arrow, zap, and repeat. Unless you mess around in the water, you'll be fine, and the zora shield destroys the mini-Gyorgs in one hit. The arena wasn't very impressive either.

Twinmold was limited due to the fact that it (they?) flew around aimlessly. While the concept of the Giant's Mask was good, If you ran out of magic, it was a pain from then on, and in my playthroughs the stones yielded very little magic.

The boss fights with Majora's Mask were all right, but it seemed a little abrupt to me. Throughout the game, all evidence points to Skull Kid being a jerk, and then the mask comes to life for no reason at all and basically gives him a "get out of jail for free" card. The fire ray made me think of Twinrova too much, and Incarnation, while original, was rather disappointing. Wrath salvaged the fight though.

OoT I would say because I find the game more epic and adventurous. MM is still a dam good game though.

I think MM bosses were better, or at least more fun. Dont get me wrong, twinrova, bongo bongo, phantom ganon, and the others were still fun as heck, but odawala and the bull one (name escapes me) were awsome. Twinmold and gyorg sucked but the first two make up for it.

I kno.To me MM just dosent not click with me i ve given several trys including just recently and i just cant get in to it.(Beside OOT and TP pwn and i cant stop playing those two.)

There is one thing I think we can all agree on no matter what you picked and that is being able to revisit bosses like we could in MM and should be able to do so in futurezelda games and should have been done in OoT. I would have loved to fight Queen Gohma as adult Link and with the Master Sword.

OoT has some of my favourite bosses ever: Phantom Ganon, Volvagia & Twinrova. Simply because of the awesomeness of these three, OoT wins for me. And the rest of them are pretty fun too.

Not to say MM bosses aren't good, but really I only like Goht. Odolwa is a good fight, but he's too annoying. I just hate Gyorg, and Twinmold doesn't do anything, they just fly around and wait to be killed.

Final bosses... I don't really know. I like both final fights. Maybe MM's is better, it changes more. Incarnation always makes me laugh, and then there's Oni-Link... <3

For final bosses I'd say Ganondorf since I can just mock his power and knock most of his attacks back at him. As for Ganon he is an idiot by letting be roll under his legs all the time hitting his tail. Not a single light arrow is needed.

Those who have only tried to kill Majora's as Fierce Deity Link and thought it was a boring and way to easy fight should try killing Majora with a different form or if they are really brave, try as Deku Link before they judge that boss. Majora isn't that hard as normal Link but its more challenging than just blasting him with FD sword waves. Majora's flame beam like attack one hit Kills you as Deku and Zora Link but not so sure on Goron Link so I think thats may make people more aware on his attack and realy make sure they avoid that attack. fairies wont help you here so jsut dodge that attack at all costs unless you are FD or normal Link then the beam just does normal damage.

Majora's mask bosses were allot more challenging thats for sure. Gyorg and majora are one of the hardest bosses i faced in any Zelda game. You need to fight majora as normal link rather then Oni-link, hes allot more difficult that way. Its true that they are allot more original and unique, who would have expected a final boss to do moon walks, man that was hilarious. Majoras wrath is a real pain with those whips and spinners and that noise it makes is well freaky, but still Majora is one of my favourite bosses. So i guess majoras mask wins for me.

Majora is one of the most unique bosses in any game since he is a mask and nobody could imagion a mask being bad. It has never been done before and though most people prefer Ganon/Ganondorf there have been loads of evil sorcerers and monster like enemies before. The only other game to uses a mask as a baddy is Fable/Fable The lost Chapters and that did not come out untill years later.
