Am I crazy?

For some reason i actually enjoy dong the water temple. I think the atmospehre in it is the best in the game. It is more time consuming than hard for me. So, is there anyone else who actually enjoys doing the Water Temple?

I assume you mean the water temple in Ocarina of time. No, I really dislike that temple by now. I have played through it at least 8 times. 3 or so for my self, and I had to do it for my sister, my cousin and my sister's boyfriend's children. Sooo I'm basically tired of that temple by now I always forget what to do to... I'm always missing one darn key :p I like the Spirit Temple

I love the Water Temple as well. I've never understood why people hate it so much.

I like the Spirit, Forest, and Fire Temples more, but that doesn't mean I don't like the Water Temple.

The music and atmosphere are definitely wonderful.

I liked how the Water Temple was so challenging, unlike the Fire Temple, which was un-Zeldalike easy, but overall i liked all the temples except for the Shadow Temple

all the dungeons are great and the water temple was especially challenging.I didn't think the fire temple was too easy but the shadow and spirit were tooooooo easy.

Agreed, the music is so relaxing in the Water Temple.

The atmosphere was great. Although it was too confusing and it frustrated me when ever you had to change you boots. So I hate this temple.

why do you enjoy doing water temple? its kinda hard but morpha is easy, dark link was decent, but my favorite dungeon is the spirit temple because you fight iron knuckles as young link!

It was challenge and beatifullyu desgined but I got sick of change the water level all the time that what made me dislike it.

Even though its that damn key in water temple that sets everyone crazy. The music is great and its relaxing. ANd i love how you hit the switch and the water sends you flying up.
ANd at the start of the forest temple i find myself feeling happy at the music.

Hey, is that one key everyone keeps missing. The one under one of the brown platforms in the central tower area? The one you have to raise the water level to get to.

Yeah, thats it. Drives most people crazy.

I don't find it annoying. Most people hate 1. the water levels, 2. the keys, 3. dark link. After the first time through, it is easy to go through again. I've never had trouble with Dark Link on the N64, so I don't care about that either.

I think some other temples are better because of atmosphere, flow, or other reasons. Some times it was a little too subdued for me.

Its hard to say any one temple has a bad atmosphere though, they all seem to work in OOT.

But it did give a good impression, and the music fit the water. Music w/ water tends to be more subdued, with fire tends to be lively, and so on. Somes you just have to sit back and think,"Sound is what makes this game so good." Sound effects, music when the enemies come near you, the soundtrack, etc... It all contributes to it.

The Water Temple... I hated it. I just hate it as much as I hate Jabu-Jabu's Belly in OoA.

Well, i went through it just a while ago. I must say i enjoyed it.

Dark Link still gave me trouble, till i realized that it was easier to hit him by not Z-Targeting him. I always forget that.

Dark link is my favourite mini-boss and the hookshot is one of my favourite weapons, so i like water temple a lot

Ugh, I just beat it today on a new file. I forgot how much I hate that place. Every room, with the exception of Dark Link's (grrrr...) area looks exactly the same. You have to get a million keys, change the water level every 5 minutes, and fight through that ridiculously hard current only to get to Morpha, one of the easiest adult bosses in the game. Shadow Link was much tougher. And those annoying Tektites drove me crazy.

its ok. whenever people ask me to help them with it i refuse cuz i get bored of it. i dont mind doin it for myself. i alwasy forget something which is really annoying. i like the fire temple, i love fire.

I kinda liked it. It was challenging and frustrating. And it did have darl Link in it. He was hard and fun, it made the temple fun. And the boss was sooo easy since my friend told me how to beat it without getting hit.
