Help With death mountain crater

HELP!!!!!!! I am in the crater on top of death mountain trying to get to the fairy. I cant get past the shrub. what do i do. PLEASE HELP

You have to use the Megaton Hammer to break the "shrub", which is a boulder. You get the Megaton Hammer in the Fire Temple.

The shrub? I honestly don't have a clue what you're talking about.

The fairy is on the very top, through a bombable wall.

As a Child, you can only penetrate a small ways into the actual crater, before you experience a flaming death.

l-o-s, he's referring to the Great Fairy in the Death Mountain crater, not the one on the top.

And yes, there's a rock, not a shrub. Unless of course you're using some insanely retarded modified version fo the game, which I highly doubt you are.

I can only get across the wood plank then I burn up. Is there something else I should do. I am still small. Is this an area that needs to be done when I am big?

Ah, so that's your problem. Yes, that's it. You have to be Adult Link and get the Goron Tunic as well as the Megaton hammer in order for you to get there.
