Well child level 3rd dungeon it pretty easy so assuming its the water temple with the different water levels?

Ask in the OOT help thread in N64 Zelda. Or buy a guide. Or check Gamefaqs or some other walkthrough site. Or do what I did, which is meticulously search every room for suspicious things and use everything in you're arsenal when you're stuck.
