This site should make it easy for you. It's pretty sectioned off so your not looking at a load of text on walkthroughs you may find on gamefaqs.

dude half the fun of the game is beating it on your own the other half is deciphering the awesome story line! personally i think you should really try gamefaqs or sometin they can usually help if your really stuck.

Now I really started to doubt about myself. Is I a real zelda fan, or did that fact just jumped into me mind, and i thought I was one. wel.. to get to the point, i forgot how to get the ice arrow in MM... I already got goth's mask, and I desperately want to get into Ikana Canyon, can someone freeze those darn creatures for me, so i can get across the canyon?

The Ice Arrows are found in the Great Bay Temple (all the temple treasures are magic arrows or the bow).

Although with perfect positioning it may be possible to Hookshot up there from that side of the river. But it's not like there's anything noteworthy up there besides the Ikana storyline arc and an Owl Statue.

Man it's been such a long time since I picked up the N64 controller and tried to beat OoT once again. For some odd reason though, I'm having major problems with the first block puzzle in the forest temple. I have the first block in place, but I just can't seem to get the second block. I think your supposed to jump up on it after you pull it out as far as you can, but it won't let me jump up on it... Is my game just faulty or am I doing something wrong?

Ugh.. KyobiTheKing, couldn't you just have redirected everyone to gamefaqs?
