People get confused on how Koume and Motake gave birth to ganondorf. They gave birth to Ganondorf when they were Twinrova, When they become one.

Just because they seem useless doesn't mean that gossip stones dont give some good information. and to answer the question, how else do women have kids. I'm sure even Hyrule has illigetiment births.

It is explained in the OoT manga that Koume and Kotake raised Ganondorf, but I don't think that they gave birth to him.
