i was thinking a little while back.

if termina is the exact oppisite of hyrule, and link is the hero,
wouldn't that mean in termina the he's the bad guy???
like then the four boss are the good guys????

Termina isin't the exact opposite of Hyrule, neither is it the same. Seriously, if Link was the bad guy, then that would make that giant moon benevolent.

that doesn't make sense, your evidence doesn't even prove your theory. ok maybe a little, but It's not THAT oppisite. MM Link is still the hero, and he even has a hero Sheild.

First up - Termina is not the exact opposite of Hyrule - Termina is a Parallel Dimension, meaning it exists as an alternate world to Hyrule.
As a result, there are no opposites or negatives for any of the the characters and people from Hyrule, only their counterparts.

If Termina was an exact negative of Hyrule, then all the NPCs, such as the Clocktown Folk, would be out to harm you, given that their Hylian couterparts were Good (for the most part).

I mean, you don't see the evil beasts that are 'good' in Termina offer Link a cup of Tea and biscuits now, do you?

The Four Giants are benevolent Deities that guard Termina from evil, and Majora's Mask created the Four Bosses to seal away these Giants so they can no longer save the people from perils, so therefore, the Bosses are evil.
The Giants even threaten to tear the Skull Kid apart for playing nasty pranks on people.
If you were right, then the Giants would have praised the Skull Kid for harming people, should they have been evil, and the Bosses good.

As stated, if Link was the bad guy, the Moon would be a benevolent figure.
Now - how can Link possibly be the bad guy, if he is trying to save the land from being destroyed by the Moon, and does that Moon look benevolent to you?

Well, when it's got a face that literally says "I want to consume everything" and is used as an instrument to destroy Termina, how can it possibly be benevolent?

A major plot of the game itself is to prevent this catatrophe from happening, and the last time I looked, a catastrophic act dosen't fall in the benevolent categorie.

The only opposite I see is the situations of the boses. They arent evil. True. But thats because Majora made them evil. So basicly you could think of them as forms of Majora who is evil making them evil thus making terminia the same as hyrule.

The Bosses are evil.
In case you forgot, it is the presence of the Boss that brings a curse to Termina.

Odolwa poisons Termina's Swamps, Goht freezes the Goron and Mountain villages (killing a few Gorons in the process), Gyorg warms the sea, which affects the Zoras and the sealife badly, and Twinmold keeps the dead roaming the land.

And how can they be forms of Majora?
The forms of Majora include a Mask-interface, a skinny dancer, and a muscled creature with long tendril-whips.

The Bosses are creatures within their own right.

And - (here is the bit I completely fail to understand) - how do the Bosses make Termina the same as Hyrule if they were forms of Majora (which they're not)?

Just another crazy guy with wacked out theories taking up space on the forum. Dismiss the problem and move on.

I think Zora Rider means the bosses are actually the giants trapped inside evil masks. The giants are good, but Majora sealed them in those masks to make them evil.

Termina is a PARALEL dimension/universe it is supposed to be like Hyrule but what it is not a mirrored version of Hyrule

We don't even know if a Termina Link exists. If one did then he would be living with adult Link, whom would be his brother. As for the whole evil thing, I doubt it. Termina isn't the opposite of Hyrule, theres no Bizzaro thing going on.

It's not the exact opposite...
A few examples:
1. Malon in OoT isn't a bad person. Romani and her sister isn't bad persons.
2. The guards is still the guards
The people of Terminia just look like the people in Hyrule, that's all...
And if it was the opposit:
1. Link don't live in Terminia, he's still the good guy...
2. The Happy mask shopman is the same as the one in OoT....
3. Skull Kid isn't evil; it's the Majoras Mask that took control over him...
