Do you need to melt some ice around King Zora? If so,how do you do it?

Blue fire and giant Goron right up top of death mountain.

Thanks,Is that the goron lying down? And do you have to buy the blue fire from Kakariko Village?

You get the blue fire from inside the ice cavern, behind Zore falls, there is only one Goron right up top, you can't miss him !

I havn't done the Ice Cavern yet, Is it the goron that sells you the giants knife?
