MM Ending question?

Where is Kafei at the wedding?? I see anju but not him?? is he there?? Do you have to complete his side quest before you beat majora to see him o_o?

No, I think he was supposed to not be seen.

I think he wasn't meant to be seen because if you haven't done the sidequest you don't know what he looks like, and nintendo doesn't want to spoil it if you didn't do it.

During that whole cutscene, the camera view... is through Kafei's POV. I mean, why would Anju be looking lovingly at the camera?

But yea, you're not supposed to be able to see him.

Correct. It is Kafei's point of veiw so that Anju can have a happy ending whether you helped her and Kafei or not. You don't have to complete the side quest to know that Anju was supposed to marry Kafei.

even if you complete the sidequest there won't be any differents, because I completed the sidequest and nothing happened.

It's not about when you beat the sidequest. If you don't complete the sidequest, that's if you go beat Majora and don't have the Couple's Mask, you don't see the wedding-scene in the credits at all. There's just a black screen and it shows the Couple's Mask.

I hate it that they don't show Kafei. I so wanted to see him... Oh well.

me too. I was like, "where is he? oh. its his Point Of View. GAH!!! I WANNA SEE HIM!!!"

While we're on the topic of the MM ending sequence, there appears to be a bug in the N64 version - at least with my save file. At the point where it should show Grog and the Cuccos, it shows the spinning Bunny Hood (as if I didn't get it). But I have got this mask, and have had it throughout the game!

Oddly, the ending sequence is complete and shows the Cuccos scene with my save on the the GCN version. Perhaps it was bugfixed?

I had a the same problem with Majoras Mask after the bunny hood came on it would some times freeze aswell for no reason on the N64

But the GameCube collector dise works fine execpt for a few slowdowns threw the game thats it.

Hmmm... i would have to agree with the une bellelilednvzjdfhb©? however you say it. i think it was from Kafei's POV.

Kafei isn't shown in the cutscene, for the sake of continuity. There are at least 5 different outcomes for that sidequest. You can't see Kafei so that the cutscene is in keeping with all the different outcomes.

Remember that you could obtain the couple's mask, go back in time, ignore doing the sidequest again (or try finding one of the less happier outcomes) and defeat MM at the end of that 3 day cycle and STILL get the exact same wedding scene at the end.

Tom41: The mask you get from Grog IS the bunny hood. The Organ grinder man who used to be in the animal troupe has the bremen mask.
