Torn between two lovers!!!

OK, so I got Majora's Mask for my birthday last month. I've gotten to the snowy lava temple, but for the past few weeks I've been too busy with work to play at all. I've been having nightmares about those poor Gorons freezing to death in their little cave, crying to me because I've taken too long in beating the snow level! It's tearing me up inside, man!!! And I really want to be a Zora. (The Zora-ness mask comes right after Goron-land, right?)

And yet the more time goes on, the more I have an urge to go back to the Ocarina of Time. I really want to jump into the Gerudo Valley river, or sneak through the Hyrule castle! I never got past the Shadow Temple (I'm so afraid to go beneath the well!), but I want to start the game over anew.

What's this? Not only do the Nintendo 64 games beckon, but I hear a call from the past by A Link To The Past! Remember all the fun we used to have, running into trees, trying to catch the little boy in Karikio Village, giving money to monkeys, and hanging out with those two stooges on top of Death Mountain?

I had better get back to one of these games before Wind Waker starts breaking into my mind also! Now that I'm on vacation I don't know what to play! Somebody help me! Even if you just arbitrarily pick a game for me to play, pick one for me, please! I'm just lucky I'm not being attacked by my two other gaming urges, Plok & U.N. Squadron, too, and only Zelda this time.

Well, if you have started MM, you may as well finish it. The snow temple i member gave me trouble, but its not that bad, you just gotta find a good time to sit down and tackle it. Although...the Great Bay temple, (were you get the zora mask) is quite a time consumer too.

So my advice, i would play MM. But im not you, so i dont know what you really have the urge to play. At any rate, i would play MM only because its quicker than OoT i think, but still fun. I have a hard time decideing which one is my favorite between MM and OoT.

I hope you find time to play them...but play them to enjoy it, not to rush and beat them just for the sake of completion. Have fun with it!!

Finish MM first the gorons will stop haunting you if so instead the zoras will haunt you lol but carry on with MM then do OoT.

I know what you're talking about. Often when I'll play OoT I'll think wistfully of MM and wish I was playing that and vice versa. Then when I play the other game I often think, "Okay, what did I want to do here so badly?"

Continue MM. When you get to Great Bay, you'll probably not think about the other games anymore. All that Zora-ness is definitely worth the hard work! Go go go!

I've felt like that many times too! My advice is to finish MM first. Besides, MM is my favourite game with OoT in second! But that's my opinion. I definitely think MM is a lot shorter than OoT.

I played Majora's Mask, like you all suggested, and boy am I glad! Thanks, guys! That Zora fellow sure can rock out, especially when giving me playing tips!

By the way, what was with that "Goht" guy? Certainly the easiest boss Zelda ever had! I hardly lost one heart! Am I right, or am I right?

Pathetic boss. Especially if you played a lot of racing games(it helps, strangely enough). But it's ever so rewarding when you hear the Goron spikes crush his skin in all of its red glowing, glory.

You know whats easier with Goht? Getting those arrows and magic and shooting Fire arrows at it. But it wasn't found by me. I didn't know you were supposed to use goron and spike him!
If your having trouble, then hey, you should have gotten a used game.

at least get to great bay. being a zora is the best ( swimming......) and epona's fun. do whatever you want from there

Finish the one that you're on. Majora's Mask has so much more to offer. You'll regret it if you stop at snowhead.

I noticed in the Goron Village, in the place where you had to walk across the invisible platforms and first found the Grim Gray Goron Ghost, that there's a skyscraper in the background! It's off to the right if you're looking out at the Lens of Truth cave. What's up with that? Is it like the pyramid in Ocarina of Time, eh?

By the way, how do I make it spring time again once I travel back in time? Do I have to go through the snowlava dungeon again? Or is there some secret "Song of Spring" that I can play to make everything OK? I want to conduct those froggies!

well....I would play mm....cause ( this has happened to me plenty of times! ) if you stop playin a game in the middle of it...and start on a different game....you might get all confused when you play mm again.....and forget what to do next...... :confused: i hate when that happens.

Just run into the dungeon again and you'll find a warp that it'll take you to the boss. beat the boss again and you'll have your spring back.
About the frogs, I'm afraid you've got more work to do until you can conduct them. You've got to find all of them and they're hidden all around termina, a couple are even in dungeons. If you stick with MM, you'll get your frog choir.
