How old was link??

some people might say this post is just a waste of time.....but i've been diein' to know how old link really was. I've thought about it all the time....and they really don't give enough evidence to give u that answer.
of course he warped 7 years...but how old was he when he warped???

uh... well, somewere in the game it mentions Link as a kid being around 11-10 years of age.

And im sure there is other proff as well, im just not remebering it. So Link is around 17-18. Or in that area. Um, just look at him, he looks to be around that. Frankly i think he looks older in the TWilight Princess...but lets not turn this into another one of those threads for TP..

I prentended he was my age till I was 13, then when he warped i prentedned he was 16, but links true age is 10 as a kid in OoT and 17 as an adult, while in MM he's 11 I believe...

In WW i do know that he is 13. Or whatever they consider to mean "coming of age"

Or maybe he doesnt really have an "age" so to speek. I mean, well he is a kokiri isnt he? Or at least he grew up in a forest...but then again, he was actually a hylian...so er...

eh. im just confusing myself. what i was trying to say was that kokiri didnt really have an age...they were just children. but that doesnt apply to Link since he wasnt really a kokiri. thats a fun word to say...kokiri. woah. anyway-

i dont think you can analyze too much about this. if you think about it, there is no such thing as an "year" or "age" of how old you are. Its all kinda...made up.
So technically, a year in Hyrule, may not mean the same thing as a year in earth. Cuz there are such things as revolutions, but no such thing as a year. A (this is a made up word) ooplesniggle could be 10 years in their time. It just depends how they mark time.

Then again, i am analyzing this WAAAAAAY tooo much. I doubt any of what i just said to have any significance, yet its fun to analyze the boogers out of things sometimes.

Link was 10 when he warped, making him 17 later. In MM, he is probably somewhere around 11. So there you have it.

.link was 11 when he warped so he was 18 aftar warping.and it says in the fourms in MM that it toke 3 months aftar OoT.

Yup, Link in oot is 11, and 17 when the mater sword releases him from his seal, making him 11 in mm, and in WW, I read somewhere that he is 12.

People he was 10 as a kid in MM, it says so in an OFFICIAL guide book, so he was 17 when he wapred, and Link could have been 11 in MM, its unknown because no one knows when his birthday is, but he's more then likely 11.

Thus, he's eleven.
