Do the Gorons in Termina Know About Hyrule?

I was playing Majora's Mask earlier today, and I noticed that the gorons in Termina seem to have visited Dodongo's Cavern in Hyrule. Here's the proof: When I gave the rock sirloin to the goron by the Smith's hut, he said that it was his favorite type of rock, and he said it was only found in Dodongo's Cavern! If the gorons know about Hyrule, then maybe all of Termina does. What are your thoughts about this?

Hmm.. maybe the gorons just know, I really dont think noone else in termina knows.

Maybe it was a contuinty(sp?) error that Nintendo sort of overlooked. I really doubt many people know of Termina's exsistence and vice versa, considering they are paraell(sp?) worlds, not neighboring countries or something of that sort. At least I don't think so.

all the gorons from hyrule love the dodongo's cavern's rocks. maybe the termina have relitives in hyrule so they might have informed them about the dodongo cavern rocks.

There is one thing that I have to say about Gorons and Hyrule and Termina and whatnot.

You know how in MM, you can steal the Goron's reservation since he shares your name? I always thought kind of thought that while cool, that was a little too convenient. Then I realized, what if the mail man was Darunia's son. Because Darunia named his son after Link, it makes quite a bit of sense. It's not a big deal, but certainly makes a lot of sense.

Termina and Hyrule are obviously very closely linked. It's like a paralell universe right? That explains why most of the characters are the same. Is it also possible that there is another Dodongo's cavern in Termina? After all, there are baby Dodongos walking around in Termina field...

Correct me if I am wrong, but I played Majora's Mask four years ago, so I can't remember things correctly. Wasn't there a Goron who came to Colock Town and was sleeping by the Inn? I am sure he said he was from Hyrule and he is a Merchant. I tried Googling that quote, but I can't find it.

true there was a goron, but it didnt say where he was from, you got TWW gorons and MM gorons mixed up.

I've always sort of thought that the lost woods provided a warp, not an interdimensional wormhole. So the dodongo's cavern thing may not be such a coincidence...

I doubt anyone from the two dimension know about the other.
Especially since anyone who leaves their respective land for the lost woods becomes a monster (without a fairy) and before you say Skull kid, Skull kid has two fairies, and is already a monster, created from a child that died in the woods!

What about the massk salesman? and i belive Termina is another land Link came across, I mean stop and think, back in the early medevial times america exhisted but no body new about it, thats how I think termina is, its another land, but no one knows about it except, Link,the skull kid, and the mask salesman.

I think everybody in Termina knows about Hyrule, I don't see why not.

Well, how exactly do you get there? Link got there via a now locked entrance at the bottom of Clock Town, but really, how many people do you think go sulking down there? And when Link went through, he went through some kind of ...thing, well the hallway began to warp in such a way, that I don't think it is a natural gateway.

Well...it was built there wasn't it? The whole warp thing was probably just a warp, you know a shortcut. I'm sure there were other ways in.

He only said he was from the city, I believe, and left it at that.

Interesting... I never thought of that. Then again, when Link aged seven years, Darunia's son was still a child. Link only aged a little between OoT and MM but that goron is an adult. So unless the flow of time is vastly different in different dimensions...

I think the Dodongo's Cavern comment was just a careless continuity mistake, but your explanation makes plenty of sense. It's not too far-fetched to assume somewhere in Termina is a cavern with Dodongos in it which the Gorons call "Dodongo's Cavern."

Some people must know about it. The Happy Mask Salesman obviously knew about it, how else would he get to Termina. I don't know about the people in Clock Town because the warp place seems like a place not often traveled through. The other races however (Zora's, Goron's, Deku) I think must know about it. I think that both races from Hyrule and Termina are somehow connected in the same sort of "group", and they just split into two separate groups in earlier times when they knew about both worlds, and went to either Hyrule or Termina. Make sense?

Ah hell. Termina didn't make any friggin' sense, so why should the theory

See, ClockTown had a Mayor right? And Hyrule had a King right? So, does this mean that maybe Termina was actually like a province and Hyrule was more of a country, since it was a kingdom? They are probably on the same continent I'm sure. Termina was next to the ocean and Hyrule was in the middle of dry land, so were they like Europe and Asia?
