how come link still has the ocarina

sorry if this has already been posted but how does link keep the ocarina of time.in OoT he has the ocarina but at the end gives it to zelda,then in majoras mask he has it again.

If you watch the cut scene when Link get the Ocarina back from Skull Kid, you'll see that Zelda gives Link the Ocarina of Time when he leaves Hyrule.

Link gave back the ocarina to Zelda in their adult age, but in Majora's Mask they're young, so the adventure of MM, could take place before OoT, where he still has the Ocarina upto the point where he defeats Ganon.

That made no sense, how can Majora's Mask come after Majora's Mask?

And Lioness is right, the cut scenes in MM do show that Zelda gives Link the Ocarina when he leaves.

Lionk is still a kid, so he didn`t give Zelda the ocarina yet.

He remember in the past when he gets it back of what zelda said about the ocarina So he also got teh song then well got it back in his memory. This is a good Question but it only has a few anwsers.

Link got the Ocarina in the cutscene with Zelda that lioness mentioned earlier. Thats the only realistic way that Link could get the Ocarina of Time, i don't really think that the other ways mentioned could actually work.
