Click "User CP" and then choose the "Edit Avatar" option (avatar is a picture under your name, see). Then you type the URL for the picture you´d like to have, or upload one from your own computer. It´s easy, but finding a pic might not always be. If you can´t find a good picture, you may go to a signature shop and request one (as well as a picture for your possible signature).
