Did you ever noticed?

hey this might be a stupid topic to some of you but i think it is some what interesting... Have you noticed that if you ride Epona across a bridge or a non-dirt surface that she still manages to kick up dust? lol i think it is funny. Does this happend to any one else?

I wouldn't call it funny per se, but it is odd.
Just another glitch that got past the testing crew.

Mate, there are so many damn things to correct/fix/improve that most of the time small time glitches will get by those guys... especially with the small "finishing touch" details... im sure that the dust kicking was one of the last things they imputed in the game, so it would be logical that they might have overlooked the fact that she was still kicking dust while going over a bridge... How many bridges does she go over anyways??? 1 or 2? think its 1 eh

I never noticed that, but I don't pay attention to those details.

Well, I guess it's an animation that connects to Epona and wherever she goes-not to the ground they are on.
Maybe OoT could handle/or Nintendo couldn't be arsed to do context-sensitive ground.
It's just not integral to the story.

No, I haven´t noticed it, but I don´t care, anyway.

Moved to N64 Zelda.

And yeah, this is a pretty obvious glitch. I'd say it was caused by including the dust clouds in Epona's animations regardless of which surface she's running on. You're rarely riding her on anything but the grass or dirt, anyway, so I don't think it really matters.

I totally agree! Sometimes Nintendo just has some small glitches it`s not like in parts of the game link has no head or something like that.....

Yeah I have noticed that before. Although I wouldn't kick up a fuss about it...

heeehheee well i ride her on the bridges over lake hylia and that is where i noticed the dustclouds, it doesn't really matter though, i just happened to notice and wondered if anyone else had lol

I think I've noticed that once, but who cares, its N64, what do you expect? Nintendo was just grasping what 3D graphics could do.

Nope...I never noticed it before....BUT it is just a small-time glitch...

yeah the graffics are pretty good for '98...... lol

You know what that reminds me of? In The Wind Waker, you can get on land in a certain spot and The King of Red Lions still manages to put out a wake. I found that out at Zelda Chaos.
