Where is the Triforce in beta quest OoT?

As most of us Zelda fans know, Link can get the Trifiorce in OoT beta quest. But I was wondering where, and in what context?

Apart from the commonly known differences, what is there to do in OoT beta that's different? How much dialogue is there that's not in OoT? Any extra areas or different puzzles in dungeons or dungeons themselves?

There's a whole beta quest section in the Ocarina of Time part of zelda universe. Tells you everything and has some awesome screenshots. But I'm not sure if you can actually get the triforce though. http://www.zeldauniverse.net/z5.php?page=z5betaquest Hope this helps!

I don't think it's actually part of the quest, but more like just a feature in a test screen. Anyway, nobody really knows what the actually storyline/quest of the Beta Quest really is. To me, the triforce looked like it was in the beta ice cavern, according to the screens.

No, I have not. However, I do know that the "warp points" were all messed up and going into a back alley, for example, would lead to Goron Village! It depends on which code you use. I do know that the Triforce was completley removed, but it may exist on a prototype cartridge, but we all know that the OOT Prototype is the one prototype which was kept under tight (I mean TIGHT) security by Nintendo. I doubt that Nintendo let any magizines or other media keep their prerelease carts like most proto carts. Well, that is what I think, and the only way we will ever see the Triforce in the game is if someone bribes a Nintendo insider . Oh well.

What GameShark codes you need to access the beta quest? Is the GameShark for N64 still being made?

well you can download Project 64, and download oot and that has Gameshark built in and you can play the Beta Quest, alot of glitches, like you can't see any C buttons and warp points are messed up and walking into a room and you end up next to the Great Deku tree, Nintendo didn't put any beta stuff for MM which sucks :p

Na, the beta OOT was all there early attemps at the game which they didn't like (some of that coding is still in the game), MM had no Beta cause of all the planning they did to make the game without changing it.

hmm i have project 64, i was wondering if you could give me a site where i can find the OoT ROM, and if you dont wanna post it publicly then PM the site please, i'd like to try this BETA version. BTW this is my first post, lol im new here, hope to get into a clan soon though BOOYA!

The beta quest isn't really a quest at all... It's basically just a debug mode, or a collection of really messed up glitches. It has no story, no linear path, no rhyme or reason.

And no, I don't think it's possible to get the Triforce, even using the beta quest glitches.

You can only see it when you are under the floor of Hyrule Castle. But you can't obtain it, only see it on Link's hand.
