who knows how to get the last bottle

i got three bottles but what about the last
1:from talon
2:cuko women
3:message in the bootle
what is the fourth?

As Adult Link you need to find all ten Big Poes in Hyrule Field (assuming you're that far in the game), and bring them back to the Poe Vendor in the old guardhouse in Hyrule Castle Market (the room with the guard and lots of pots as a child). One of the better guides on finding the Big Poes that I've found is this.
