Song of Storms based off of ALttP rain scene music?

I've been listening to different pieces of Zelda music (on ZREOmusic.com, and when I got to the rain scene, the chords sounded really familiar! They are the same as the Song of Storms, except the last one in the phrase goes up instead of back down. Then the "melody" comes in with the same melody as the Song of Storms. Anyone hear it?!

I love trying to figure out what things in the newer games are based off of. Anyone know of anything else like that?
