serj no!!!!!!!
OK, in case you did not know serj tankean is/was the lead singer and lryics writer for system of a down has quite or they are just fighting. SOAD has a new singer hows name escapes me at the moment but but they arent the same with out good old serj. well thats what I think so what do you think?

He's an *******. Wasn't making enough money because he had to share it with the band, so he left to focus on his solo career.
In before failed solo career, failed second band, and failed reuniting a la Billy Corgan. Also in before move to Music/Musicians.

I never listened to it. I don't like System of a Down, and his song 'Empty Walls' sounded just like them. I can assume from that that I don't like his album.

Serj's solo project was a jumbled up mess. It features horrible song writing and structuring, a weak and boring guitar line, and nothing remotely interesting about the album at all. I liked SOAD's self-titled album and Steal This Album! fairly well, but after that, it all went to hell. Mezmerize and Hypnotize were garbage albums, and I found Toxicity to be incredibly boring.
I haven't heard anything about a new singer replacing Serj, though I haven't been keeping up much with SOAD news.

I liked SoaD before, but they got old way too fast for me. I only liked Toxicity, and that was it. It was pretty much the only good song they ever produced. And as much as I respect Serj, I seriously hate his music. He was better off with the band instead of out.
BTW, this is all old news about them splitting, and they don't have a new singer. SoaD split, and they're all going solo. What new singer nonsense are you talking about?

Good thing they've split up. What a terrible band. Too bad they're going to keep making music on their own, though; Serj's solo "project" is pretty awful, and I wouldn't trust the rest of the former members to even touch an instrument.
