Rage Against the Machine
This is personally one of my favorite bands of all time. Tom Morello's riffs are like no other. My Favs:
Freedom Killing In the Name Ghost of Tom Joad Calm Like A Bomb Maria Born of A Broken Man War Within A Breath I pretty love just about all there songs.

Yeah, I'm a pretty big fan of Rage. They're a very talented group of musicians (aside from Brad Wilk, the drummer who's a bit weak in my opinion), and Tom Morello is surely one of the greatest guitarists of all time purely because of how innovative he is with his guitar.
It does annoy me a bit though when people listen to their stuff without actually considering what they mean. But it's the same with pretty much every other mainstream band that puts meaning into their lyrics.

I like Rage lots too.
I have all there albums (even the renegades album with all the covers) My favorite album by them is The Battle Of Los Angeles. My second favorite is there first one. My favorite songs are... Killing In The Name Freedom Bullet in the head Bombtrack Take the power back Bulls on parade People of the sun Viet now Revolver Tire me Roll right Year of the boomerang Testify Mic check Calm like a bomb sleep now in the fire War within a breath Born of a broken man *huff huff* and my favorite covers (that I really really like) is Kick out the jams The ghost of Tom Joad Finally done ^^ Those are all my really really favorite songs but when I listen to one of there albums I listen to all the tracks..so I like all there songs!  |

I would put them under rock/rap core
But that is just what my friend says he thinks they are under. Do you think thats right? |

I'm trying to get a few friends to go. There's a few good bands playing this year (as well as a lot of bad ones >_>)
It'll be one of my few opportunities to see Rage live, and I don't really want to miss it.

I really like RATM, but the only thing that bothers me about their music is their hyper-communist outreach. It makes it kind of difficult for me to enjoy their music.
Aside from that, they're great.
