Linkin Park

What do you all think of the new Linkin Park cd? I liked it better with Mike rapping and then Chester like, screaming the chorus or something. Now It's like Chester with this baby voice through the songs, but it's still ok I geuss. Plz don't post that you hate LP or the always sucked, I want to know what you think of the new cd, not if you hate them or not.

I don't like their new CD.
I like the old stuff better.

I heard a few new songs of theirs off the radio a few months back.

For what is worth, even though it isn't that good, it's actually a lot better than the songs from their first two albums, imo.

Mannnnn, im sorry but this is going to just turn into a bashing LP thread just like all the others haha. I'll just say it now, I like thier old stuff, and like thier new stuff, just a fan who likes it all and apparently one of the few who have been a fan since they were putting thier stuff online for the first time until now. Along with Fort Minor.

I don't like Linkin Park. They try to fuse the genres rock and rap together. They're two different things and I don't think they belong together.

I thought their Reanimation album was decent. It was full of whiny lyrics, but the guest rappers, vocalists and producers made it worthwhile. I don't like any of their other albums, especially the latest one.

:XDThey are the best band in the world! I just got back from their concert in chicago and it was kick ass! Every single song they have is awesome! No one better than Chester! I dont care what anyone else says:XD

Yeah before like yesterday I had only heard like three of their songs in their new album. But now that I have heard the rest I think it's a little too whiny. Still like it though. And I kinda don't like that Mike Shinoda seems to be a little pushed in the corner. I know about Bleed It Out and all that, but there are like 5 or 6 sings of Chester just whining. Don't get me wrong, I still like it, but you know it's a little whiny. Before they had a nice balance of Mike and Chester, but I didn't even know there was a drummer and guitarist and all in there. Then I see that there was like 8 people in the band at one time and I'm just like "WTF ARE THEY ALL DOING?". Now, however, there is more guitar and stuff in it. Which reminds me, who sings In Between? It doesn't sound like Mike or Chester

its mike dude. Chester can sound whiny especially if you compare him to a metal singer. But he still sounds good. Yeah i feel that mike shoulda got more time inbut its stil good. Careful that you say you like it, every time i say i like a band everyone says they suck. One guy just said

Well Im am an obsessed LP fan but unfortunately i havent gotten their new cd and I would like too but things are complicated right now...., but anyways i just wanna say that i have heard some of their new songs and Im not gonna say its horrible but i think its "good" They all worked very hard on this cd, but still I have 1 more question: Did Mike shave his head? well I hope LP fans will come together and support LP as best as we can.(not to sound corny or anything)

Oh, hell no. Haven't you ever heard of Rage Against the Machine?

Give this song a listen. RATM did rock and rap together, and did it properly.

I just had to butt in here and say that, since I abhor Linkin Park- but I won't say anything more since I know you guys don't want an LP-bashing thread.
