Evanescence

I was just wondering if I had any fellow Evanescence fans on ZU. I love this band. They are one of my top three favorite bands of all time. Does anyone elsehere like them?

I like them but recently I have heard they we're having some issues holding the band together. Band members we'rent agreeing with each other and lala. But that was a couple months ago and I havent heard anything since.

On July 20th, they're doing a "Family Values Tour" with Korn. It begins in St. Louis.

I would give anything to see that . But, I will not be in the states till August. Mabey they will still be doing it when I arrive.

Also, you should by their CD "Fallen" Its basically the same songs form "AnyWhere But home" minus a few songs, but, they are not live. So there are no screaming french people in the background.<--- No offense to french people at all, I have a lof of french freinds.

I liked their cd Fallen, but their new cd wasn't all that great. Plus, all the original members except Amy Lee have left the band.

I like 2 of there songs. One I can't remember the name, the other is Bring Me to Life.

Its A Great Band Wonder When There New Cd Is Coming Out

That im not sure off. I read that two of the old band members left, and they got a new drummer and a guitarist. I forgot thier names though, but you can find all about it at Evanescence – The Official Site | | The Open Door – Available Now thats were I looked. And if you were wondering when their next CD comes out, just keep checking this site. You'll eventually find out when they get ready to make a new one.

Field Of Innocence in their album "Origin" is my favorite song of theirs.

Their live albums are somewhat painful to listen to. Poor Amy. She really has a hard time singing for continuous shows.

As for a new CD, I found one called "Justice" labeled from 2007. It wasn't too good. Not a studio album, though. So whatever.

She has a good voice, though she sticks with the same themes from time to time. But easily one of my favorites.

I have Fallen, Anywhere But Home, The Open Door, AND virtually all of their songs from the pre-Fallen era. I can play a bunch of their songs on the piano (a section of my sheet music folder is dedicated to them). I adore Evanescence. Their new album, The Open Door, is great; "Your Star" is my favorite song off it, and "The Only One" is my second favorite.

They must be the only band I like who has a female singer. Other female singers I have nothing against, but I don't listen to them as often as Evanescence. If the band splits, that would be a shame. Their music is great IMO and I really liked Lithium the first time I heard it on the radio.

It came out last year.

They're doing tours and music vids right now. Not sure when another will be out.

"Justice" doesn't sound like a name they'd choose for an album, whether studio or live.

They're my favorite band. I have 4 CDs by them: Origin, Fallen, Anywhere But Home, and The Open Door. I don't think they'll be making another CD soon, since they just came out with one last year. If they are going to make another CD, I would expect it in 2008 or 2009.

I really want to watch them live, but all I have is their live CD. My brother thinks an Evanescence live show would be freaky, depending on who goes on tour with them.

My favorite songs have got to be "Lies", "Sweet Sacrifice", "Everybody's Fool", and "Farther Away". One favorite from each CD I own

They're great; my favorites are My Immortal, Taking Over Me, and Missing.
Whisper is definately my least favorite though; please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks that
