Piano Tabs

Hi I'm looking for some Piano Tabs for a few songs. If possible I would like them as simple as possibleEx. E,D,C,C,D,C,E,D,C,D,E,A,G,E,C,D,A,B,C,B,D,C,A,G,A, B,C,B,A,G,A. That would be the MGS 2 SoL song, or at least part of it. I have looked many places, and piano tabs are the hardest to find IMO. Maybe there not called tabs idk. Anyway, the songs are:

1) The Fray-How To Save A Life
2) The All American Rejects-It Ends Tonight
3) Evanescense-Call Me When You're Sober [I think theres a piano part in there]
4) My Chemical Romance-Welcome to the Black Parade[again, it sounds like a piano to me]
5) The All American Rejects-Move Along [The part towards the end when he is all quite]

And one more question. In the beginning of Face Down by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus how do they do the part where it sounds like they are going down the strings with a pick. I counted about 18 seconds in and its like right before they start singing. I have tried to match it but its not right.
