Out of all of the bands and artist Ive seen live (and Ive seen Green day, Aerosmith, Dragonforce, Blink 182, and other huge, great bands), I have never seen a more powerful, exciting, virtual, and more passionate performance then what MUSE displayed the other night.
When they first came out, I witness more lights and flashes then a laser show on Independence Day and it was absolutely amazing. If they come near you, I suggest you go see them (even if you dont like them or have heard of them) becuase you dont want to miss this fantasic show. No words can describe their encore presentation of Knights of Cydonia. The best things about it: They never paused between songs ( they didnt even introduced themselves, it was awesome) and their music was twice as better and better sounding live. Ive got to ask: Who was the best performance you've seena nd explain why it was and what was the best part? I feel like an English teacher, but I would like to know what band I should see next

The place I went to for half my concerts closed down recently. I've actually heard that live venues are closing down rather commonly now. It's was in a hard to find position though.

Re: Greatest Performance?
Why did you see them three times if they sucked? Or where they opening for a band that you liked? I hate those things, and they always put the worst band right before the one you came for. Though that's only been the case for two of the concerts I've been to... I really went on a rant there didn't I?

Re: Greatest Performance?
The Flaming Lips + The Divine Comedy both put on excellent shows when I saw them.
Of course a major contribution to your enjoyment of a gig is down to your love of the band but Neil Hannon has such great prescence and energy. Oh and the F'Lips…can't not enjoy their show. |
