l`arc~en~ciel
Is anyone else a L`arc~en~ciel fan? I really like thier music, and I think they are a great band. I don't have any cds or anything, but I have downloded some of thier songs, and so far I like all of them.

Re: l`arc~en~ciel
You pronounce it: Lark - In - Seal.
It's french for The Arc in (the) Sky. I adore the song 'Finale,' which was the theme song for Ringu 0: Basuudei. It was such a chilling, yet warm and lamentable song. I haven't heard to much from this band other than this song, but I'm always anxious to hear more songs. From what I've heard so far, it's one of the better JRock bands, in that they don't scream so stupidly that you can barely hear any words. cough Miyavi cough |

Re: l`arc~en~ciel
It's a lighter rock, though 'heavy' enough not to be considered pop. They aren't bad, IMO. They did the theme second opening theme song to the FMA series, and also the opening and possibly also ending theme to the movie. One of the better J-Rock bands, I suppose. They can actually pronounce the English that they put in their lyrics! Not something you really get among Japanese bands. Though my question is this: Why would I listen to a Japanese band to hear them sing English (especially if they can't speak it in the first place)?
