Epic fantasy/adventure music

This might seem an odd or unusual topic, but I'm looking for epic fantasy/adventure music. I'm planning a pretty huge flash divided into chapters, so I need some good music that fits the genre. Like I said, it's an epic fantasy/adventure flash inspired on Lotr movies, Zelda, WoW and other vg's/movies.

Preferably instrumental music. And I'd also could use a source for creature sounds like fairy's, orcs, dragons and creatures like that.

Anyone have some good suggestions?
