this happened when Kurt Cobain died. I know many of you may be too young (or not around) when that happened.

anyway im not sure what to think to be honest. Despite all the allegations against MJ, i always tried to see him as an artist. I still have my vinyl copy of Thriller. If my turntable wasnt broken id probably be listening to it right now. He was a really huge part of my generation. its kinda..odd!

Wow, an icon of my generation...gone. I remember so much of his music from my childhood and adolescence. In a real sense, I grew up on Michael Jackson. (And I've never really been persuaded about those pedophilia charges, but while I do admit the man had problems later in life, this thread really isn't the place for such allegations.)

R.I.P. I feel like he didn't know much peace in life. Hopefully now he can rest at last.
