It's not like you can accidentally misspell "Burzum" "Barzum", the two letters are nowhere near each other on the keyboard. Also, not all metal fans jump on other people for misspelling band names, and its not only metal fans that do that, so you can take your anti-metal elitism and gtfo.


Anyway, my recommendation is Anaal Nathrakh. A rather awesome mix of black metal, grindcore, and an increasing amount of death metal. Most of their albums are good, though my personal favourite is Hell Is Empty and All the Devils Are Here.

Also, Falls of Rauros, a black/folk metal band. You can (or could) download some of their stuff for free, legally, so tahth might be worth doing.

I wouldn't go that far, if I were going to choose a best BM song it'd either be Burzum's Hvis Lyset Tar Oss (an album yes, but I believe it must be listened to as a whole) or perhaps Darkthrone's Paragon Belial, but even so I think VV is of such a calibur that you can take any song off of it and get something of such high quality that it makes most other bands completely irrelevant.
