I'd have to say BOB ****ING DYLAN if you're looking for diversity, I mean he did like three gospel albums, and has a huge discography.

But I might be inclined to choose Eric Clapton, he's got a pretty nice and diverse discography too.

Or! I'd go with some artist that i know i like, John Lee Hooker who I don't know much of, since hearing most of his stuff for the first time knowing you have to listen to it forever could be interesting.

I would probably choose Queen or The Beatles. both bands, especially The Beatles have quite a large discography. Their music is also amazing, and I can listen to it over and over again. The only problem would be choosing between them...

I could not chose one band becasuse if I did I would eventually get sick of them.

I find the Offspring to be a good choice, not my favorite band, but I don't see myself hating them if they are the only thing I have to listen to for the rest of my life.

I have no idea, but if I had to choose, I'd probably go with something classical, because classical music, so far, is the only genre of music that has yet to bore me to death. Mind you, I love all music, but I can only listen to ANY song for so long before getting sick of it.

But yeah; something classical, or jazzy, or.. choral like. Natalie Cole, Bach, Tom Fekkte, Beethoven, etc, etc.

I'm thinking either Staind or Amethystium.

Iron Maiden for me, I love them <3

either a perfect circle, tool, or the smashing pumpkins.

I would have to choose the Japanese band FLOW. None of their songs sound exactly the same.

Hmm... Hard to say. Possibly Amanda Palmer, if it meant I could also listen to her Dresden Dolls stuff. Because her songs cover pretty much every topic. If not, then Shiny Toy Guns. Although their music could get old real fast.

Probably Incubus. I can't see myself getting sick of them anytime soon.

But I guess that could change.

I think The Fall would be my choice, much thanks to their almost thirty albums and counting, and because that catalogue is, mildly spoken, impressive.

Choice number two might be Tom Waits, although his back catalogue has some major flaws, while it still keeps a lot of brilliant albums and loads of awesome and diverse songs.

Diefinatly Yellowcard. They have an incredibly variety of music ranging from hardcore punk to ballads. Honorable mentions: Aerosmith, the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and Metallica.
