Everyone seems to love Dimmu Borgir... they are a really talented band, but for some reason, I just don't dig 'em. It makes me feel ashamed... Orchestral elements on their new albums, I'd say. Actually, I haven't listened to much Cradle Of Flith (just their Hallowed Be Thy Name cover and a few random songs). I was thinking of getting some stuff from them sometime.

For the moment, I have but two favorite bands....and they be Ima Robot and Mindless Self Indulgence. I went to see Ima Robot at Buzzfest, but having to go almost first, not many people were very into it....quite sad really. I like Mindless Self Indulgence's sound, and trying to find out what the singer says when he's talking so fast is always fun.

I just got into metal kinda so I dont know any metal band names.

I've been a Goldfrapp fan for many years, it's strange that it's only now that Goldfrapp's great music is starting to get attention. Both Nintendo and Coke (or was it Pepsi?) have created commercials with Goldfrapp songs.

"Fever to Tell" by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
I heard their single "Maps" on the radio and bought the album. I am not disappointed.

In constant rotation:
"Boy with the Arab Strap" & "Dear Catastrophe Waitress" by Belle and Sebastian
I came in on the B&S craze a little late, but man, is "BwtAS" ever a good album. "DCW" is pretty great as well.

Good mood music - the soundtrack of my life.

"100th Window" by Massive Attack
Sinead O'Conner gets in on a few tracks. Haunting.

"All of Our Names" by Sarah Harmer
Love Sarah Harmer. Not as good as her first album.

"KID A" by Radiohead
This is the only Radiohead album I own, and I haven't stopped listening to it. So good.

Best. Soundtrack. Ever.
