Official Favourite Band/Artist Thread

My favorite bands are:
Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Death, Metallica, Megadeth, Soundgarden, Jerry Cantrell, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Slayer, The Ramones, Atheist, Control Denied, Guns n' Roses, Green Day, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Red Hot Chili Peppers, John Frusciante, Foo Fighters, Pink Floyd, Beastie Boys, Bush, AC/DC, Neil Young, Weezer, Puddle of Mudd, Mudhoney and Children of Bodom. That's most of what I listen to. It'll change sometime soon.

If you want, reccomend my a band, particularly an extreme metal band.

to me it seems like you make the correlation that a band's obscure tracks = their only good tracks

if someone doesn't like the beatles that's purely a personal preference, just because someone hasn't listened to their so-called "good tracks" doesn't mean that they are automatically going to like them when they listen to said tracks - the beatles have a fairly established sound in their songs and if one doesn't like that, then one doesn't like the beatles

I love the Offspring. I know Metallica. Don't listen to it too often, but I think they're fine. Can't remember it too well. x3

Yeah, well, it tends to get a bit annoying CONSTANTLY listening to Tywar listen to so much Metallica. >.< But some of their songs truly are pretty good.

I don't get why a lot of people love Radiohead so much. Way too much hype for a band that's not THAT good, seriously.
