I found a new band! Well, not too new, they exist since.. '01 or something. But they're a small Dutch band.They're a bit of 60/70's and '90's British pop/rock inspired

Anyways they're really nice, imo

Because they list their favourite bands as well as additions and subtractions to the list.

Why not simply say, "I've recently became a fan of...." Or, "now I highly enjoy..."

Because this way you can show the old stuff you still like as well as the new stuff. I also do make comments on new artists I've found; have you read any recent posts of mine in this thread?

And I don't see why you don't like the method. If you don't want to use it, don't use it.
