What do people see in By The Way that they don't see in Mother's Milk or Californication? I am actually... Incredibly confused about this.

Also: UGH GOD. I love Radiohead. I love them so goddamn much. They just can't put an album together where I enjoy every track , so I can't put a single album on this list with any confidence at all. If, say, I combined my favorite tracks from OKC and The Bends, from Kid A and Amnesiac, or Hail to the Thief and In Rainbows, they would probably all be on the list. But, since Radiohead albums have terrible tracks built in, none can make the list. Closest was In Rainbows, at about #21.

There's about seven albums that might get shuffled in there as I review and reconsider, Food & Liquor being one of them.

I don't get the love for Food and Liquor, it's got some great songs (Kick & Push, The Instrumental) but I don't like about a third of the album : /

I always skip Just Might Be Ok, He Says, She Says, Sunshine and a couple of the other tracks.

"Sunshine" is one of my favourite tracks on that album.

There are tracks I love more than others, obviously, but I don't really skip any of them.

I love it because it's the best hip-hop album I've ever heard.

I actually had a hard time picking just one RHCP record. At first, I was leaning towards Stadium Arcadium, then it was Californication. Then I figured I'll just add all three of them but I didn't want to look like I was favoring one band over the others.

By the Way shows how much this band has grown over the years and is a great representation of the wide and varied influences on this band. They cover ska, funk, rock, alternative, and 80's modern moods so it's got something for everyone.
