So how is The Forrbidden Kingdom?
it's got Jacki Chan and Jet Li and it sounds pretty damn awsome. So has anyone else seen it? I would like to get an opinion cause I am wanting to go and see it.

I've now seen it twice. First time with my friends and we're usually just one big pain in the butt so I didn't pay much attention to it. The second time was with my bf, and that time I enjoyed it a lot more. The fights were well executed, the story plot doesn't dwindle, and it has a happy ending (but like any movies these days don't). My opinion: you'll like it if you're not with immature friends.

You'd think the 80's and 90's would have squeezed out all of the "Dorky but attractive modern day kid gets transported to different world/time to grow stronger, complete epic quest, and return home better equipped to deal with his domestic problems." But they still seem to be popping up. Nonetheless, the fight scenes are penguin-rific, which, considering you have two of the biggest name in stage martial arts together, shouldn't come as a terrible surprise. Still, a good movie, but don't go into it expecting anything great. The storyline is VERY cheesy, and was definitely a throwback (intentional?) to your PG rated popular flicks of the 80's and 90's.

It was a great movie, I loved it. The plot isn't very original but I was enjoying it to much to care.

Yeah, get on it. Really worth seeing. Great fight scenes, a terrible cliche, but still enjoyable storyline and pretty solid acting, very good movie.

It was so lame that it was awesome.
I'm sure that every young child has wished they would be transported to some world, learn some awesome karate skills, come back, meet this hot girl/boy, and then.. be awesome for the rest of their life. I sure did. I always - and still do - wanted to go on some kind if epic quest.  Overall, the movie was good.
