Re: Last movie you have seen.

I saw the happening.

Blech.

You actually saw the microphone in one of the scenes. I mean jeez.

I also saw "Legue of Extrodinary Gentlemen" on saturday. Absuloutly epic.

It is set in an alternate reality in 1899 where indusrial tecnology seems to have advanced significantly, and there is some secret organization that are working to take over the world.

But what really makes that film awesome is the combination of characters.
Most from famous books or linked to famous books. We have Captain Nemo from 20,000 legues under the sea, Dr Jekyll from Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, Allan Quatermain from King Solomon's mines, Dorian Gray from The Picture of Dorian Gray, Mrs. Mina Harker who has been bitten by Dracula, An alternate version of Tom Sawyer, and the invisible man (named Rodney Skinner)

Truly an amazing cast of characters, a strong enough storyline, and a friggin' awesome ending.

I highly reccomend this movie for any who have read the comic, this is a exellent adaptation

Well, that actually is only an issue with some of the theatres. I saw the movie twice and there was never a mic in the frame. And I looked for it during the second viewing. I think it comes down to how the workers frame the movie.

I haven't seen the League, but I've read a synopsis, and their use of Dorian Gray... irks me a little

Well, not only that but the movie itself was awful, I mean so not worth watching unless you are a fan of that kind of thing

I just saw Kung-Fu Panda and What Happens in Vegas yesterday. Kung-Fu Panda is hilarious in an immature way, and What Happens in Vegas has a lot of sex jokes. >____> I like zem both.

Re: Last movie you have seen.

I just watched Death at a Funeral.

Ohmyword. Very funny.
Although, as much as I love Alan Tudyk, not really a fan of his pasty white bum in the face of the audience.

Re: Last movie you have seen.

Just saw The Strangers. It was alright... Very cliched though. And not very scary. The original Halloween is still number one in this genre.

Because he was NOT DEAD, and because as far as I read he was portrayed as immortal.

I saw Get Smart today, and was actually impressed by how much it didn't really suck.

Re: Last movie you have seen.

The Happening.

It SUCKED, seriously. I'm not a large critic of things but this movie seriously sucked so much, IF I went to the cinema to see it (which I didn't) I'd demand my money back. Its a total waste of 115 minutes.

Well Mr Lav, I am a fan of that kind of thing and I hated it. This movie is just awful and I wish I never saw it and downloaded Hitchcock instead.

McCain is 72 years old. Can we depend on him for four years? I think not.

Didn't they make a movie out of it in like 2003? I don't get why people remake things atleast let a decade pass.

Re: Last movie you have seen.

It's because the other movie was crap, and this new one is actually a continuation of it.

Oh, so its a sequel. I saw the other one and wasn't too interested, don't really remember it. Considering seeing the new one mainly because I have too much free time.
