FF advent children movie (did you like it and why)

I loved it for the conplex storyline and intense action. The music was exellent, I have the soundtrack. Did anyone else like it?

Well since there was no option for "I saw it and own it but thought it was just alright," i voted for the first option. The effects and animation were nice and i liked the references and cameos and everything. The plot line was a bit meh but hey whatever. Vincent made that movie cool. Without him in it, i may not have liked it as much.

I saw it and thought it was "meh" too. The animation and music were good, but the plot was pretty much non-existent.

Keep in mind thought that I have never played the game.

I absolutely LOVED that movie.I have it, but it doesn't work on any dvd players, it only works on the computer. >

Why the hell did 3/4 of the bad guys look like girls?

the movie was origionaly supposed to be released on my birthday and I was crushed when they pushed back the release date. When I finaly got the movie I was amazed at the visuals but that didn't make the movie because Spirits Within was about the same except the movements weren't as smooth but thats because its older. The overall movie is good and if you haven't watched it you should. Although I must say I wasn't to keen on the story line, I mean why did Kadaj turn into Sephiroth? I know they tried to explain it but all he did was drink Jenova cells, they weren't even Sephiroth's. If anything he should have turned into Jenova instead but that wouldn't work because Sephiroth had Jenova cells in him and he didn't turn into anything. The biggest problem I had with the movie is that they didn't give any of the other characters enough air time. I didn't buy the movie so I could just watch Cloud.

I liked the movie, but since I never played the game, I was confused often.
