It's done! The premiere is on June 6th. This is an independently made Zelda movie.

It looks super epic!!!! The acting in the trailer looks somewhat cheesy, but the graphics are pretty cool, especially for an independent movie!

Also, they better be prepared for a possible lawsuit.

about time they finished it. Is it going to be bad? yes. But I will watch it because I am a Zelda fan. and I'm sure there will be some parts that are good. The stuff I have seen in the trailers is pretty impressive for an independent film.

Sage of Darkness was really good, it's prolly much better than this!

I wonder how fast it'll take before Nintendo they explode in rage. I'll probably watch it just to see how bad it is, then I'll say.. that was one of the worst movies I've seen. But yes, pretty good CGI for an indie film. Looks and sounds like porn start quality acting and dialogue... Not sure if that's a bad thing though

You guys, Nintendo knows about this project. They haven't done anything and they can't because they aren't profiting from it.

It might be a little cheesy, but I'm exciting to see SOMETHING decent quality being made.

Yeah, they can't be sued or unless they make something off of the project. Which they're not.

Same reason why all those Star Wars fan fade films were never sued over. And some of those were amazing. And I'm not going to judge the movie until I actually see it. It's not fair to them. You never know, it might be highly amazing and entertaining. You just never know.

You're telling if some good director and well-known/good actors were to make a REAL movie you won't go see it because you didn't like a fan movie? I highly doubt it.

I've never thought that the Zelda franchise would transfer well into a cinematic form. Matter of fact I don't think any other media other than video games really suits the franchise, just by its very nature.

Nintendo will not pursue legal action so long as the producers of this film don't attempt to make money off of it. Which is interesting because it must have cost someone time and money to put it together, I wonder how they are hoping to earn back on their investment. Making a full-length feature with no plans on making profit is really not something you see every day. Mostly shorts are done because they tend to cost less. It's even more surprising considering they probably have to pay to have it show on the screen in the theatre in Atlanta, but can't charge for seats without risking lawsuits.

Only way I would watch it is if it is offered free online (which it probably will or has been), but despite it looking like a valiant effort it really doesn't look very good.

No. But some other fans are stupid enough to think that way. I would see a Zelda movie regardless to how bad or good it looks.

I'll give this movie a shot, but I won't get my hopes up too high. I won't be butt hurt if it sucks. I'll just feel bad for them that they spent all that money for nothing. LOL

Sorry but leave it to Hollywood, I never thought I could dislike Zelda but that trailer made me vomit.
